본 서비스는 Minkyoung Cho("운영자")이 운영합니다. 이용자의 개인정보에 대한 책임(개인정보처리자)은 운영자에게 있습니다. 본 안내는 본 서비스 이용 시 개인정보가 어떻게 처리되는지 설명합니다.
수집하는 정보. 본 서비스는 이용 과정에서 다음과 같은 개인정보를 수집·저장합니다.
- 인증 정보
- 생년월일·연령
- 이름
- 이용·활동 기록
이 정보는 본 서비스의 기능을 제공하고 운영하기 위하여 이용되며, 운영자가 자체 개인정보 처리방침에서 달리 안내하지 않는 한 다른 목적으로 이용되지 않습니다.
운영자를 위한 호스팅 및 처리 위탁(BackendX). 본 서비스는 BackendX(주식회사 백엔드엑스, 대한민국)를 이용하여 구축·운영되며, BackendX는 개인정보 처리 계약에 따라 운영자를 위하여 서비스 인프라를 호스팅·운영하는 수탁자입니다. BackendX는 운영자의 지시에 따라서만 처리하며 이용자의 개인정보를 자체 목적으로 이용하지 않습니다. 서비스와 데이터베이스는 대한민국 서울 리전의 Amazon Web Services에서 호스팅되며, Amazon Web Services는 호스팅 재수탁자입니다.
오류 진단. 본 서비스에 대한 요청이 실패(오류 응답)하는 경우, 운영자가 오류를 진단·수정할 수 있도록 해당 요청과 응답의 기록이 비밀번호 등 자격증명이 제거된 후 암호화되어 약 14일간 보관됩니다. 이 기록은 BackendX의 플랫폼 약관에 기재된 제한적인 보안·법령 준수 목적의 확인을 제외하고는 운영자의 권한 있는 구성원만 열람할 수 있습니다.
보유 및 삭제. 이용자의 개인정보는 본 서비스를 이용하는 동안 보유되며, 운영자가 삭제하거나 이용자가 적법한 삭제 요청을 하는 경우 또는 본 서비스가 종료되는 경우 삭제됩니다. 호스팅된 사본은 위 삭제 절차에 따라 함께 제거됩니다.
이용자의 권리. 이용자는 minkcho@gmail.com로 운영자에게 연락하여 개인정보의 열람, 정정, 삭제를 요청하고 적용 법령상의 그 밖의 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다. BackendX에 접수된 요청은 운영자에게 전달됩니다.

This service is operated by Minkyoung Cho (the "Operator"). The Operator is responsible for your personal data (the data controller). This notice describes how your data is handled when you use this service.
What is collected. The service collects and stores the following kinds of personal data when you use it:
- Authentication credentials
- Date of birth / age
- Name
- Usage and activity logs
This data is used to provide and operate the features of this service, and for no other purpose unless the Operator tells you otherwise in its own privacy notice.
Hosting and processing on the Operator's behalf (BackendX). This service is built and operated using BackendX (BackendX Inc., Republic of Korea), which hosts and runs the service's infrastructure on the Operator's behalf as a processor under a data processing agreement. BackendX acts only on the Operator's instructions and does not use your data for its own purposes. The service and its database are hosted on Amazon Web Services in the Seoul region, Republic of Korea; Amazon Web Services acts as hosting sub-processor.
Error diagnostics. When a request to this service fails (an error response), a record of the failed request and response — with passwords and similar credentials removed — is encrypted and kept for about 14 days so the Operator can diagnose and fix errors. Only the Operator's authorized team members can view these records, apart from narrow security and legal review by BackendX described in its platform terms.
Retention and deletion. Your data is kept while you use this service and is deleted when the Operator deletes it, when you make a valid deletion request, or when this service is discontinued; hosted copies are then removed as part of the deletion process above.
Your rights. You may ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and exercise any other rights under the law that applies to you, by contacting the Operator at minkcho@gmail.com. If you contact BackendX instead, your request will be forwarded to the Operator.
